To activate your new card, please sign in to the My Kohl’s Card website or register for an account there. (We regret to inform you that you will not be able to activate your card using a mobile device.) You can also activate your card by bringing in a photo ID along with your Kohl’s card when you make your subsequent purchase, or by calling the customer service number at 800-954-0244.

After I activate my card, will I be able to use it immediately to make purchases?
Once you’ve activated your Mykohlscard, you’ll be able to use it to make purchases at any Kohl’s store or online at www.kohls.com.
I already have a Kohl’s Card; is it possible to add additional cards to my account?
You have the ability to activate any and all of the cards associated with the account if you are the primary owner or an authorized user. Online activation of a card is something that can only be done by the primary owner or an authorised user.
After I activate my new Kohl’s Card, will I still be able to use my previous card?
Your previous card will continue to function normally even after you have activated your new one. Call the number on the back of your card and ask that it be deactivated. In addition to that, make sure that your old card is ripped up and thrown away.
